Fun Franklin Fact

Super Farmer

Otto Berger, a farmer, raised 600 bushels of potatoes which he sold for 75 cents a bushel.  Sold his rutabagas, 400 bushes, for 35 to 45 cents a bushel.  This gave him $480, besides supporting a family of 6, all by his own work!  A fair summer's work for one man!
