The Franklin Public Library, Friends of Franklin Public Library, Franklin Community Association and the Franklin Historical Society invite you to celebrate Franklin's 200th Birthday with a community potluck picnic. There will be food, games and activities for all ages. Hot dogs and burgers provided by the Friends of Franklin Public Library. Games by the Franklin Historical Society and the Franklin Community Association. Bicentennial Birthday cake by the Franklin Historical Society.
